Introduction for Sweat Band
Sweat band is a popular, functional and fashionable accessory. It is mostly worn on forehand and wrist. While other people wear them for being trendy, most people wear them to absorb the sweat dripping to eyes or dripping into palm, which will affect their performance in sports games. It is common to see sports player to use sweat bands, for example, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, badminton or jogging. It is familiar for personal training to practice Yoga or Pilates. And it is not surprising that this item can be found in a rock star concern.

Material Used and Techniques Applied for our Wristband
Our sweat band is made of blend of cotton and elastic fiber. It functions well to absorb sweat. If you need it to have other function, we can make a coin pocket in the middle. If you require trendy accessory, we can fix digital watch or quartz watch on it.
We apply many techniques to present your logo. Direct embroidery is the most common way. And we can also make embroidery label or woven label stitched on, or soft PVC tag stitched on or paillette glued. If you have logo like a photo image, we can make by PVC flocking.
Step by Step to Make Your Own Wristband
Step 1) Choose the sweat band you need.
Our standard sizes for your reference:
- Wristband Size: 2.5” x 2.75”
- Head Band: 1.75 x 6.5”
- Pocket Wristband: 8 x 7.5 cm
- Finger Band: 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm
And for all above items we can make in your request size.
Step 2) Choose the size of your terry loop.
Our material is 80 percent cotton and 20% elastic fiber blend. We have three different sizes of terry loop. We have 7 count, 16 count and 32 count cotton fiber. 7 count is with the biggest loop. 32 count is with the smallest loop. And 16 count is in the middle.
Step 3) Choose your terry color.
We have color swatch to choose from. For order more than 5,000 pcs, you can choose your own Pantone color.
Step 4) Decide how to put on your logo.
Please kindly pass your logo for us to judge. We have many techniques to apply with.

Step 5) Choose how to pack your sweat band
Normally we pack one piece in each opp bag. We can pack one pair per polybag or one sweat band set (e.g. 2 wristband and 1 headband) in a polybag.
Step by Step for us to make wristband
Step 1) Dye yarn
We dye the color according your chosen Pantone or color swatch.
Step 2) Terry
We web terry cloth by the yarn we dyed.
Step 3) Cut
We cut the whole webbing into pieces according to your requested size.
Step 4) Make logo by Embroidery or High Frequency or Stitching Label on
On each separate piece we fixed the position and start to web logo on.
Step 5) Needle Work
We folded each piece into correct position and sew and finish each item.
Step 6) Package
According to your request, we will print on poly bag or card board and on master carton and pack.
